FREE DIAGNOSTIC CALL OUT
We will come out FREE of charge to diagnose the problem that you are having with your appliance.
From your initial enquiry, we aim to attend the appliance within 24 hours depending on your location.
If we can repair the appliance on our call out visit, we will! We will of course let you know how much it will be before we proceed.

QUOTATION
After our engineer has attended the appliance, we will send through a diagnostic report for the appliance and what we have found.
We will also send you a quote to repair your appliance. This will be fully itemised. If our engineer feels it would be un-economical or the appliance is unrepairable, we will send you a quote to replace.

REPAIR / INSTALLATION
Should you accept our quote, we will give you a date that we can repair / replace your appliance.
From initial enquiry to repair / replacement we aim for a maximum of 5 working days turn around time to allow for parts and appliances to come into stock.
